You can participate in the King’s Party during the Running of the Bulls Event to get the General Cimon.
During the event, you can claim the item, ‘Historic General (Cimon)’, when your party cake reaches Lv10. Use the item to receive the Epic Historic General Cimon.
To level up your party cake, you need to purchase basic gems to increase your cake’s EXP.
