Increases ranged troops’ attack and defense by 45% when the General is leading the army to attack. He increases ranged troops and siege machines’ HP by 35% when he brings any dragon or Spiritual Beast to attack.

During the Heavenly Fire Ceremony, Evony put Ragnar’s skin in the King’s Party Event. You need to buy gems or packages to level up your party cake to level 10. Then, you can claim the corresponding rewards, including the skin.
