You can get the general at the Historic General Summoning event, and the probability of receiving this general will be increased during Evony’s 2025 New Year Celebration.

Increases research speed by 15% and increases troops’ defense and HP by 20% when he is the Academy Officer.

This general can be obtained via King’s Party Cake Lv.10 or the Military Strategist Historic General Chest.

Increases ground troops’ attack and HP by 60% and ground troops and mounted troops’ defense by 45% when he is leading the army.
